Tustin is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Tustin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I try to avoid leaving bad service reviews after a single encounter, because I know from working in customer service myself, that everyone has a bad day. That being said, the staff here are consistently and extremely rude. They will walk right past you multiple times and not acknowledge you in the slightest. If you order ahead, you still have to wait and hope someone will give you the time of day and acknowledge you for a brief moment so they can hand you your food as they continuously refuse to use the "Order Ahead - Pick up Here" rack I'm assuming they have in place specifically so customers can avoid waiting long periods of time until a staff member finally deems it worth their time to assist you. I'm not sure if it's understaffing, underpayment, the state of the world overall sucks so everyone is in a bad mood? But it really sucks to have a decent bagel place in a convenient location that I tend to avoid going to simply because of the consistently rude staff.

Honestly this location is a hit or miss. Sometimes the orders are great and others not so much. Today’s order was a bust. At 10am I online ordered a Asiago bagel (toasted) with Chive & Onion spread. When I arrived my order wasn’t ready… not a problem since lead time was 15-20 min and I was there in 10. When the order was ready they called my name and gave me the bag. Before I even ate it I noticed that it was toasted but not even warm. Then when I took a bite I noticed the spread was EXTREMELY seasoned with pepper. Like an unheard of amount of it that you can visibly see it. I tried calling their location to give them a heads up so they can resolve before a Karen type comes in. But of course, the phone menu option to speak to an employee just brings you back to the main menu so you can’t event get ahold of someone. It’s just comical at that point. So word of the wise, online ordering probably not the best option and take a bite while you’re still on the premises so they can fix because they won’t be able to solve over the phone. Ha!

Food is sooo fresh loved it the first time myself and classmates came to try them out: we’ve been coming here now for each of our lunch breaks! Owner is a very kind gentleman as well. Definitely recommend giving this place a try, it’s a musttttt!!!

Used to be a regular here and came back hoping things had improved. Unfortunately they haven’t. We walked in to no greeting for about 3 minutes, then waited another 2 just to place our order. The staff were moving at a pace that had nothing to do with the ‘high volume of orders’ excuse we were given. There was no line when we walked in. On top of that the trash was overflowing, which says a lot about the overall attention to detail at this location. The food was a letdown too. My farmhouse had barely any spread, almost dry. The chai came out completely unmixed, sweetener sitting at the bottom, milk on top, zero effort put into the drink before it hit the table. This wasn’t a one time visit. I’ve given this location multiple chances hoping for improvement and it just hasn’t come. At this point it feels less like an off day and more like a culture and work ethic issue at this specific location. Really disappointing because the concept is great but the execution just isn’t there. Won’t be back.

I did not want to write a review, as I tried to resolve my issue with the store by email, but something shocking happened: My complaint was about the sesame bagels I had bought (a dozen) all having huge air holes inside, basically the bagels were just air and fluff, no substance, only a bit of dough in the center near the hole. See photos. This was not right. Secondly, the poppy seed bagels were about 2/3 the size of the other bagels. They were tiny and super dense. Several of the bagels had their hole off center and looked like kettle bells. I think there is a major quality control issue at that shop or, if all Noah's bagels are like that now, the quality has considerably declined. Noah's bagels used to be really big and doughy. So after I emailed them about this, they apologized and issued a full refund on the order, which was nice. However, about 10 days later, they RE-CHARGED my card with the same amount, taking the refund away! Ever since, I've emailed customer service many times attaching my credit card statement as proof, but no response. Wow!
